A. MA-T® has undergone three safety tests at Japan Food Research Laboratories:
1. OECD eye stimulus test (rabbit)
2. Primary epidermal stimulus OECD test (rabbit)
3. Acute oral toxicity LD50 test (mice)
In addition to the above, other safety and quality evaluations have been conducted as follows:
1. Reversion test
2. Continuous epidermal stimulus test
3. Cell toxicity test
4. Chromosomal abnormality test
5. Epidermal reaction test
6. Metal corrosion test
7. Human subject patch test
8. Resin corrosion test
A. MA-T® is not a beverage and should not be consumed. But if it were to be accidently consumed, it has proven to be safe. For extra precaution, rinse out mouth and drink water or milk. If any adverse effects start to occur, seek medical attention immediately.
A. The product has been tested as safe on the skin. For extra precaution, if the product comes in contact with the skin and abnormalities should occur, consult a doctor.
A. Resistant bacteria develop over the prolonged use of antibacterial agents, causing them to propagate in hospitals and cause infections within what is supposed to be a sanitary environment. MA-T®’s mechanism of action uses oxidation, a process equally effective against ordinary susceptible bacteria and resistant strains. It has been tested on resistant strains of bacteria and on susceptible strains, and both produced the same effect.
A. MA-T® has undergone numerous tests to verify its safe for humans.
